Kid FIT Cooking Academy
KidFIT offers our age appropriate Healthy Eating Classes to teach about the basic food groups & dietary guidelines, basic cooking & healthy recipes, meal planning and kitchen safety & sanitation.
The class lessons and activities have Cross-curricular connections make learning relevant and meaningful to students, because cooking classes involve math, reading, geography, history, reading literacy and science.
